Recently I decided to go on a diet. I felt the need to get back into shape and to start feeling better about myself. With a very strict diet, with one night every week I get to eat something that I like as a cheater night. So far I have lost 30 pounds, just within two months, 20 pounds from my target weight. 

Luckily the strength training while doing the cardio to burn the calories and fat, I've been building mass and form. So my target weight may change a bit if I get to the point to where I'm happy with myself if my muscle mass put on won't allow me to hit my old target weight, but I've still got a little ways to go yet!
